Standard domestic orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 10-15 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for most items. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that customized outfits and sale items are non-returnable.
How do I find the right size for me?
Every product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart. If you are between sizes, we suggest going for the larger size for a comfortable fit.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact our customer support team immediately via email or WhatsApp for assistance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Lavanya The Label ships globally. Shipping costs and customs duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific country and the weight of the package.
